An Invitation for U.S. Pastors

God is moving mightily among the Iranian people, and your church can be a part of it.

We’re on a mission to share the story of what God is doing in Iran with churches in the U.S. and foster deep friendships between Iranian and American Christians so we can build God’s Kingdom together.

Thankfully, reality isn’t defined by what we see on CNN or Fox News.

The truth is, Jesus in building his Church in miraculous ways in the nation of Iran. Despite intense persecution, the church in Iran is experiencing unprecedented growth and a remarkable hunger for the Gospel. In fact, more Iranians have come to Christ in the last 20 years than the prior 1,400 years combined!

We need one another now more than ever. The American Church needs to witness and experience a modern day move of God just like in the Book of Acts, and our Iranian brothers and sisters, who are often isolated and under-resourced, need prayer, encouragement, and support from the global Body of Christ.

So what are we asking you to do?

We’re inviting pastors and church leaders in the U.S. to join a special webinar with author and pastor Rev. Dr. Sasan Tavassoli, a leading voice for the Iranian Church around the world, where you’ll hear first-hand:

  • Incredible stories of what God is doing among the Iranian people, both inside Iran and around the world, despite intense persecution from the Iranian regime.
  • The unique challenges Iranian Christians are facing: persecution, isolation, the need for leadership development and  discipleship resources, and more.
  • How your church can benefit from joining a growing community of American Christians who are stepping up to build deep, lasting friendships with our Iranian brothers and sisters.
Dr. Sasan Tavassoli

TWO PEOPLES. ONE FAITH.

What are the challenges our communities are facing and why do we need one another now more than ever?

American Christians Praying

For the American Church:

An opportunity to ignite our faith and transform the way we see God’s work in the world.

A Massive Paradigm Shift

Hearing the incredible stories of what God is doing to build His Church in Iran — right in the midst of the most hostile environment imaginable — totally rewrites the narrative most Americans have when we think of that part of the world.

An Opportunity to Learn & Grow

Linking arms with men and women who are risking everything to follow Jesus, spread the Gospel, and serve the underground church provides unparalleled opportunities for American Christians to learn, grow, and be challenged in our faith — not just give financially.

A Friendship...Not Just a Check

Our Iranian friends certainly need financial support, but it’s so much more than that. They need to feel encircled with prayer, encouragement, and support — and that only happens through friendship.

Iranian House Church

For the Iranian Church:

Building bridges of friendship, prayer, and support with the global Body of Christ at a critical moment in history.

Prayer & Encouragement

More than anything else, the Iranian Church needs prayer. Our goal is to mobilize 10,000 people by 11/2/25 (the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church) who commit to pray for the Church in Iran (you can read more here).

Connection with Other Believers

Just about all the news coming out of Iran is filled with fear and negativity, and not only does that warp our perspective, but it also leaves our brothers and sisters in Iran feeling isolated and disconnected from the global Body of Christ.

Tangible Support

The rapidly-growing underground house church movement in Iran depends heavily on our partner ministries for training and resources, including Christian satellite TV, online churches and classes, seminars and conferences in neighboring countries, and Bibles and Christian literature.

“Being a TwoOneZero church partner has been totally transformational for our congregation. Hearing the stories of what God is doing among the Iranian Church — and being able to learn from and support men and women who are giving their lives for the Gospel — has completely changed our view of how Jesus is building his Church, even in the toughest places on the planet. We’ve received way more than we’ve given.”

Matthew Palmer

Pastor, Grace Community Church, Hilton Head Island, SC

“Forming partnerships with the global Body of Christ is a lifeline for the Iranian Church. These friendships offer spiritual support, access to important resources like Bibles and training materials that may be hard to find locally, and practical assistance during difficult times. These relationships encourage us and show that we are part of a larger community of faith — a larger family — to stand together in our commitment to Christ.”
